Mr. Chartrand has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in IT, cultural businesses and entertainment. Drawing on his experience as a technology company executive, he manages activities, corporate affairs and finances, and leads strategic orientations and planning. Mr. Chartrand adds his research project management skills to Lux Image while helping shape Company vision.

Visionary and specialist of innovative R&D projects, he has lead the development of more than a dozen software applications in the field of computer vision, virtual reality and augmented reality.

He was President / Founder of Zone Web Communications in 1997, held the position of IT / IP Network Project Director at SAT (Society for Arts and Technology) until 2006 and was President / Founder of Elektratek for 12 years.

Mr. Kassi is an expert in innovation management, methodologies, and operational cycles for high-tech products. He leads the Company’s applied research operations, establishes strategies affecting Lux Image’s technologies and products, and oversees industrial partnerships and the hiring of experts.

Technological entrepreneur and passionate manager with more than twenty seven years of experience in the management of technology companies, he has been involved in the creation, merger and acquisition of more than a dozen companies since 1993 and has always been at the heart of the process of integrating personnel and operations.

Mr. Kassi has successfully commercialized technologies in the field of optics-photonics such as Bragg networks and fibre laser technologies as President and CEO of ITF Labs for 10 years, as well as senior executive of Avensys for several years.

Lux Image benefits from the experience and expertise of Robert Brouillette, lawyer, engineer and investor, who acts as senior advisor to the Company. He helps establish strategic orientations of the company and supervises Intellectual Property and patents.

Mr. Brouillette is a former Chairman of the Executive of the National Intellectual Property Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors of a number of companies, including Hydro-Québec, HQ Capitech and HQ Industech. He is a member of various associations operating in the field of intellectual property, including the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, the Licensing Executive Society, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, INTA, and DSA (Canada and United States).

He is a former president and member of the board of directors of the Anges Québec network and has invested as an angel investor / mentor in more than sixty start-ups.
